Grantham and District Talking Newspaper sends out a fortnightly CD of local news and information of general interest to blind and partially-sighted people in the areas around Grantham.
All the work is carried out by volunteers.
It is a registered charity and has a board of Trustees to govern it. Following a massive fundraising effort in 1982/3 the necessary technical equipment was purchased and the organisation started operating.
After a further funding drive in 1997 we purchased our own premises on Wharf Road and in 2005 we were proud to recieve the Queens Award for Voluntary Service in the Community.
We need your help so we can continue to offer and even expand our service!
